Introduction
GSY-W3M1V538F Three Axis Rate/Postion Turntable, specially used for dynamic and static testing and calibration of magnetic compasses and other magnetic sensors. The three-axis non-magnetic turntable is mainly composed of a turret, a drive system and a control system. The body and accessories are all made of non-magnetic materials that have been strictly screened by magnetic screening. Even the purchased parts and standard parts on the table body must be targeted non-magnetic shielding or non-magnetic modification.
The product drive system is mainly a motor and long-distance transmission. In order to reduce the impact of the motor on the magnet of the table body, the distance between the motor and the body is not less than 4 meters. The purpose of the control system is to control the motion status of the console body, collect the angle data of the turntable, and monitor the system status and fault alarms and emergency braking in real time.
The turntable has two operating modes: one is the rate mode, which sets the angular velocity and angular acceleration. The turntable starts at the set angular acceleration and rotates at the target angular velocity at a constant speed; the other is the positioning mode, that is, after setting the target angle, the turntable goes to the target angle and stops.
Turntable display mode: the rate mode should have real-time angle and real-time rate display, and the other states always have angle display.
